Template gallery removed from threads

What it actually was

It wasn't the gallery. In a Chat or Code thread, turning on agent mode (for example a Codex CLI run) changed the whole page:

a tan wash over the view
a tan glow on the shell frame, and a see-through rail
Gizzi sliding onto the composer
a brown edge along the composer card

PR #704 from the other session removed this from Cowork only.

Fix: PR #714, merged

ShellFrame: the canvas has no agent glow, and the rail stays solid.
ChatBackground and CodeThreadView: the tan backdrop is gone; they use the plain view background.
ChatComposer: no Gizzi guide and no accent edge in Chat or Code. Bot and Cowork keep their Gizzi.
AgentModeBackdrop and its unused helpers are deleted.
PR #711 (no template gallery inside a thread) also stays.
