Old builds removed

The three old downloaded runtimes (about 2.2 GB) are deleted. The app runs its own newer bundled runtime.
The 10-09 Factory pane server is stopped, along with its ~30 idle terminals and the parked Bonsai bots.
gizzi points at the new app's 2.2.9.
Left alone: the Bonsai model servers, and build leftovers in other sessions' worktrees.
