Bot view redesign
What opens when you click a bot, and what it should show
Lead: Today a bot click opens a page with six tabs and squeezes the conversation into a small card. A thread can also hide its history behind an empty avatar screen. Below are three layouts built from the real tokens. Pick one and I build it on all three surfaces.
What is wrong today

| Problem | Where | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| History hidden | BotChatSessionView.tsx:1381 |
With older messages folded, the empty "stage" shows instead of the conversation |
| Narrow center | max-w-md (448px) stage, 760px transcript |
Large empty space on wide screens |
| Chat in a card | BotMainChatCard.tsx:70 |
The bot home shows the chat at 680px tall, next to a 372px thread list |
| Six tabs | Chat + threads, Routines, Memory, Computer, Performance, Settings | Status, channels and routines need a tab change to see |
| Two different screens | bot home vs thread view | A bot click and a thread click look unrelated |
These two fixes ship with any option: always show the history, and use the full width.
Option 1: Chat-first, with a side panel
The bot click opens its conversation at full width. A side panel shows threads, upcoming routines, channels and links to the rest. It works like Messages or Slack: you talk to the bot first.
Option 2: Bot home dashboard
The bot click opens a dashboard: a composer, what it is doing now, then cards for threads, routines, work, channels, usage and computer. The tabs go away. A thread opens the full conversation.
Option 3: Live workspace
What the bot is doing takes the stage: its live browser or computer on the left, the chat on the right. When the bot is idle, the left side shows its last result. This suits bots that work on a computer most of the time.
