Bot avatars replace the orb in their own chats
What changed
- In a bot's chat, the bot's own avatar now sits where the Allternit orb was.
- That covers the live "working…" row, running steps, the streaming reply, "Asking a question" and the resting mark.
- The avatar plays the same state the orb would: thinking, searching, working, writing or resting.
- A:// and the rest of the platform keep the Allternit orb.
- Group chat: the resting mark under the last reply is that bot's avatar.

Not checked yet
- I haven't watched it in a live bot chat. Typecheck and tests pass, and the change is in all three bundles.
- "Bots are thinking…" in group chat is still the generic spinner, because several bots share that line.
