Bot Mode deck: follow-up
Bot-suggested tasks are built, and A:// opening the wrong chat is fixed. All PRs are merged. They aren't on Desktop or the phone app yet; that needs your go to release.
Bots suggest tasks
A bot can suggest work you didn't ask for. Nothing runs until you answer.

- Go ahead: the work runs in that thread. The result is posted back into the chat the suggestion came from.
- Not now: the suggestion closes.
- Limit: each bot can have 3 suggestions waiting. Suggesting the same title again returns the open one.

A:// opening the wrong chat

Checks
- allternit-api: 34 tests pass, including one that checks the new routes don't clash with existing ones.
- gizzi type check: no errors.
- allternit-ai: type check clean, and 296 tests pass (bot opening, stage, deck and threads).
- Docs links: 0 problems. Dependency map: valid.
- Not yet tried in the running app.
