Arc components gap audit
Round 2. Every conversation delete is on Arc now. Two bigger gaps need your call.
Every place that deletes a conversation now uses Arc. Two bigger gaps remain: about 15 other destructive actions, and the shared building blocks the Arc rollout never swapped.

The Arc rollout changed about 140 hand-picked spots. The shared parts that most screens use are still the old ones:
